Missions
Gather and analyse business requirements across multiple stakeholders
Define and document functional specifications and workflows (as-is / to-be)
Identify gaps and drive process improvements and system enhancements
Collaborate with IT teams to design and implement functional solutions
Manage and coordinate testing activities (functional testing, UAT, defect tracking)
Enhance reporting capabilities and support data governance initiatives
Ensure alignment with operational, reporting and governance requirements
Contribute to continuous improvement and product roadmap evolution
Support end users through documentation, training and knowledge transfer
Profile
Proven experience as a Business Analyst, IT Business Analyst or Functional Consultant
Strong expertise in requirements gathering, functional design and process/workflow analysis
Experience with end-to-end system implementation or application lifecycle management
Solid knowledge of testing methodologies (functional testing, UAT, defect management)
Good understanding of data concepts (reporting, data governance, data quality, BI)
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders in a complex, cross-functional environment
Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence or similar is a plus
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is an advantage
Fluent in English (mandatory)

Receipt of our salary proposal / exclusivity agreement
2nd interview with our Business Manager
Proposal of your application to the client
Interview at the client’s premises, which can be conducted either by video or in person
