We are looking for a Backend Java Developer (FR/EN) to join the NEOFACTO team within an insurance company in Luxembourg. If you are passionate about technology and enjoy working in a dynamic and innovative environment, this opportunity is for you!
Missions
Design, develop and maintain backend applications in Java.
Participate in the architecture and implementation of technical solutions.
Ensure application performance optimization and scalability.
Collaborate with front-end and business teams to ensure consistency of developments.
Implement unit and integration tests to guarantee code quality.
Maintain a technology watch to improve development practices.
Participate in code reviews and good development practices.
Profil
4 to 6 years of experience in backend development with Java.
Mastery of Java and associated frameworks (Spring Boot, Hibernate, etc.).
Good knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
Knowledge of Angular is a plus.
Knowledge of DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD) is an asset.
French and English required.
Ability to analyze and synthesize.
Good communication skills and team spirit.
Self-motivated and rigorous.
