Management Academy Programme (Project Manager/Business Analyst) – Resource Solutions- London – 24 months fixed term

The opportunity:
This is an exciting programme for recent graduates to join a well-established group where you will gain exposure to the workings of a leading Fin Tech company within the Financial Services industry!
The rotational programme will be divided into four rotations, each term running for approximately six months. During this time you will report into senior leaders within the COO function who will guide them the programme of rotations. You will also be provided with a buddy to offer first-hand experience and to assist with navigation around the organisation.
MAP focuses on development- you will have first-hand experience in multiple functions covered by COO (including tech) and develop a set of technical and soft skills that will be interchangeable between teams.
The primary focus of soft skill development will include leadership and management, project management, communication, professionalism and time management skills.

Key Skills and Experience

We are looking for exceptional individuals who are looking for an exciting opportunity to join a leading Fin Tech company within the Financial Services industry and who would interested in gaining a wide-ranging introduction to this sector.
Outstanding performers in the program could be offered a full-time position following the completion of the program!
You will have:
Willingness to learn and ability to assimilate information
Strong communication skills written and verbal
Ability to work as a member of a team
Self-starter so be able to work without supervision
Ability to work to prioritise and work to deadlines;
Demonstrates a high degree of proactivity
An interest in Financial Services.
Professional Certifications/Qualifications:
ABB at A-level or Higher or 32 IB Diploma; and
B or above in GCSE or National 5 Maths and English.
In relation to DTS roles there is a preference for a degree in a relevant qualification eg Computer Science/Information Technology/Data Science etc degree
Proficiency in Microsoft office tools
