Context for this Freelance/Self-employed mission: In the context of a SAP S/4HANA FI-CO deployment, we are looking for a Maintenance/Hypercare coordination/Leadership consultant.

Missions:
Coordinate SAP Maintenance during the HYPERCARE period for UK Go live
Management of SAP Support Requests and SAP Defects
Analyse Tickets to define priority, in line with SAP Solution Teams and Customer
Base on analysis, assign tickets to the right Solution team and to the right SAP consultant
Partner with Solutions teams to ensure full coverage for resolution, in all areas, with prime and backup SAP consultants
Follow-up on high priority tickets resolution till closure, in a timely manner
Organize complementary training sessions or clarifications sessions for End users, as needed
Partner with SAP Solution teams, SAP, DEV team, IT, Customer
Define and issue reports and dashboards to manage and communicate on status

Skills:
Maintenance lead for a SAP S/4HANA projet
English mandatory : Business level – Written and Spoken

Location: 100% Remote – Travels for workshops or client meetings
