Linux Application Support
As member of the Operations Application Management Team, you’ll have to manage the Documentum infrastructure.
Responsabilities:
You ensure the level 2/3 support with your ability to analyse complex incidents and problems.
You ensure a technological watch. Your collaboration skills allow you to manage and administer the farms and the different applications around it (Antivirus, backups…) with the help of other teams.
You write documentations and procedures and you share your knowledge to level 1 support (Service Desk)

SSL certificate management (request creation, installation)

Profile :
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Business Management, or a related field.
Ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in English is required, French is a strong asset.
