Primary Responsibilities:

Provide thought leadership and conduct external benchmarking to support the creation of policy, standards, frameworks and best practice across learning culture: Needs analysis, skills identification, skills taxonomies, knowledge management and programme design standards.

Requirements:

Deep technical subject matter expertise in learning and skills trends and developments
Consultancy expertise with the ability to work closely with stakeholders to identify needs and come up with appropriate learning solutions
Design – Learning design experience is essential
MI Governance and activation
Ability to actively drive the design agenda, proactively communicating the vision and managing stakeholder expectations over the transition
Deep technical subject matter expertise in organisational capability including external trends and developments
Experience of project management and coordinating delivery through others
Experience of working in a large matrix organisation, ideally international
Need to be able to work well under pressure and ever-changing demands
SuccessFactors experience essential
Academy design experience would be beneficial
Financial services background would be beneficial
