Keyteo – System & Cloud Engineer
Your role
Install, configure, troubleshoot, and upgrade IT infrastructure based on Microsoft technologies such as: Microsoft Windows Server, Exchange, O365 and Azure.
Participate to different IT transformation and migration projects related to Microsoft Cloud solutions.
Ensure level 3 support and problems identification.
Implements standard changes and service requests.
Write technical documentation.
Build strong relationships with others IT teams.
Technology watch and provide recommendation to improve the current infrastructure.
Ensure related IT infrastructure solutions are implemented according to the defined Group policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines.
Your profile
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related subject.
Minimum 5 year’s working experience in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Microsoft based environments: Windows Server (2012-2022), Windows 10.
Solid cloud experience with Office 365 and Azure.
PowerShell scripting skills.
Any experience with SCCM or Intune.
Strong experience in Virtualization, especially VMware.
Experience with Storage configuration and management.
Knowledge of the following technical skills will be considered as an asset: Linux RedHat/CentOS/Ubuntu, Automation systems like TerraForm, Ansible or AWX Unified Communication systems
Good knowledge of ITIL processes (certification is a plus).
Team spirit and continuous improvement mindset.
French and business English fluent.
