KEYTEO – Solution Architect (Microsoft)
Mission Overview
The Microsoft Solution Architect will be responsible for designing, governing, and overseeing enterprise solutions based on the Microsoft ecosystem for the Bank. The role requires close collaboration with enterprise, IT, and security architects to ensure that Microsoft platforms such as Azure, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Teams are implemented in line with security, compliance, and regulatory requirements expected in a central banking environment.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Architecture & Design
Design end-to-end enterprise solutions based on Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 platforms.
Define solution architecture blueprints, target architectures, and technical roadmaps.
Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards and IT strategy.
Validate architectural choices with security, infrastructure, and enterprise architects.
Microsoft 365 & Collaboration Platforms
Architect and configure the Microsoft tenant, including:
Microsoft Teams
Office 365 services
Identity, access management, and governance models
Define governance, security, and lifecycle management strategies for collaboration tools.
Ensure high availability, scalability, and secure usage of collaboration platforms.
Cloud & Infrastructure Governance
Contribute to the definition and enforcement of Azure governance frameworks.
Ensure compliance with security, data protection, and regulatory constraints applicable to a central bank.
Support risk analysis and mitigation related to cloud and collaboration services.
Systems Management & Frameworks
Provide architectural guidance on Microsoft SCCM usage and integration.
Apply Microsoft Solutions Framework (MSF) principles to solution delivery.
Review and validate technical designs and implementation deliverables.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Act as a technical reference for Microsoft technologies within the bank.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
Participate in architecture boards, design authorities, and technical committees.
Knowledge Transfer & Documentation
Produce high-quality architecture documentation (HLD, LLD, diagrams).
Deliver knowledge transfer sessions and technical workshops.
Support internal teams in adopting and operating the solutions.

Experience & Profile
Proven experience as a Solution Architect in large, regulated or financial environments.
Strong understanding of security, compliance, and governance in enterprise IT.
Ability to translate business and regulatory requirements into robust technical architectures.
Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
Strong autonomy and leadership in architectural decision-making.
Languages
English: Full professional proficiency
French: Native or bilingual proficiency
