Junior Project Manager – Social Media

Seeking a Junior Social Media Manager (Freelancer) to join a leading marketplace business in Europe. The ideal candidate has strong organisational skills and a passion for working with trending content on Instagram and TikTok. Responsibilities include upporting day-to-day social media operations, sourcing relevant content from the existing library and managing reporting processes.

This position is ideal for someone looking to gain experience in a digital media envrionment and work with various teams to learn additional skills.

Key Responsibilities:

* Understand the target audience and brand to curate content for social channels.
* Manage reporting processes, track KPIs, and analyze performance.
* Support day-to-day social media operations, including documentation, testing, content creation, scheduling, planning, and tracking.
* Meetings to take place in CET timezone.

Qualifications/Experience:

* Background in Social Media or Communications through studies or internship.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
* Exceptional organisational skills.
* Ability to work independently but eager to learn, and collaborate effectively with colleagues internally & externally.
* Bonus: Content creation tool skills with the likes of Figma, Canva, or Capcut.

This is a 6 month initial contract, fully remote, offering up to 24hrs week.
