Junior Project Manager

A leading financial services firm is seeking a Project Manager to join a core Program Management team. This role will be responsible for driving the execution of strategic initiatives across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Support senior management and lead project teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of key programs
Facilitate workshops, gather requirements, and develop project plans and timelines
Track progress, identify risks and issues, and proactively resolve challenges
Engage with stakeholders at all levels to provide updates and ensure alignment
Produce project materials and present to senior leadership and governance committees
Build strong working relationships and adopt a collaborative approach
Requirements:
Experience in project/program management and change management
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal direction
Financial services experience a plus
