Junior IT Coordinator

Main responsibilities:
– Support the design, installation, and management of end-user hardware and software.
– Bring fresh ideas to improve and optimize our existing IT environment – and help turn those ideas into reality.
– Provide level 1 & 2 technical support to colleagues across the entire organization.
– Work closely within the IT team to maintain secure and reliable systems.
– Engage in an environment that values initiative, new perspectives, and creative thinking.
– Contribute to maintenance activities and hands-on technical projects across our full IT ecosystem.
– Help us explore and implement innovative technological solutions.
Your Profile (required qualifications):
– Prior experience in the IT field (internships count!).
– A degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
– Eagerness to learn and develop within IT infrastructure and architecture.
– Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks.
– Analytical, structured, and detail‑oriented approach to work.
– Fluency in English is required, along with French and/or German. Additional languages are an asset.
Your Skills:
– Basic knowledge of system administration (Windows Client – Windows Server and Linux are a plus).
– Basic understanding of network and security fundamentals (TCP/IP, VPN, firewalls).
– Any hands-on exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, etc.) is a plus.
– Familiarity with Microsoft Office/365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
– Basic knowledge of IT architecture
– Strong problem‑solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
– Clear communication skills and the ability to document technical topics.
