IT Technology Architect – Microsoft 365
We are currently looking for an IT Technology Architect – Microsoft 365 to strengthen the Cronos Europa team.
The role is part of a Microsoft 365 digital workplace programme, focused on the modernisation of a corporate intranet and the migration of existing content to SharePoint Online and related M365 services.
The project follows an agile, sprint-based approach and covers architecture design, development, migration tooling and technical quality assurance.

Responsibilities:
Contribute to the technical architecture and design of a Microsoft 365 intranet solution
Translate architecture decisions into concrete technical designs and implementations
Develop and configure intranet components using M365 out-of-the-box features and custom solutions (SPFx, Power Platform, APIs)
Support Azure components required for integrations with external systems
Participate in Agile activities: backlog refinement, estimations, sprint planning and delivery
Ensure solutions are aligned with security, performance, accessibility and governance standards
Support migration tooling, testing, validation and controlled migration waves
Perform technical quality reviews and support knowledge transfer and documentation
Profile:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering or equivalent experience
8+ years of experience in the same position / 10 years of experience in IT
Strong experience with Microsoft technologies, especially M365 / SharePoint Online
Experience on complex web platforms, portals or intranet solutions
M365 certifications are a plus
Fluent in English
Proactive, team-oriented and comfortable in complex technical environments
