Ihre Aufgaben:
• Advising and supporting users in the use of IT resources
• Installation, configuration and operation of client PCs, Mac, printers and mobile devices
• Receiving, processing and documenting fault reports and questions in the entire IT environment
• Managing user profiles and authorisations in Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange
• Supporting users via Service Now Ticket tool / 1st level support
• Carrying out or arranging repairs
• Setting up and providing workstation systems
• Installation and maintenance of network printers
• Train new employees and setting up training rooms or PC workstations for events
Ihre Qualifikationen:
• Solid experience of IT support
• Good Windows 10 knowledge
• Broad MS Office and standard application knowledge
• Basic knowledge of MS-Exchange
• MS Server 2019 / DHCP DNS knowledge
• Hardware Knowledge
• MacOs / Jamf knowledge
