Institution: European IT Services Institution
Contract Duration: 6 months (potentially leading to a permanent position)
Location: Cloche d’Or, Luxembourg
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Level 2 IT Support professional to join our dynamic team within a European institution specializing in IT services, with a focus on network and security. The ideal candidate will have solid ITIL experience and advanced English proficiency.
Responsibilities:
Provide Level 2 technical support for internal and external users.
Diagnose and resolve technical incidents related to networks and security.
Participate in the continuous improvement of ITIL processes.
Collaborate with Level 1 teams and other departments to ensure effective problem resolution.
Document procedures and technical solutions.
Train and assist users on IT best practices.
Required Skills:
Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in IT support.
In-depth knowledge of ITIL processes.
ITIL certification (preferred).
Proficiency in network and security technologies.
Excellent communication skills in English (advanced level, written and spoken).
Ability to work in a team and manage priorities.
Qualifications:
Degree in computer science or related field.
ITIL certification (preferred).
Experience in an IT services environment.
European nationality required.
