Responsibilities & requirements
Support the development and implementation of Service Continuity plans and processes.
Conduct regular risk assessments and identify gaps in the Service Continuity program.
Plan and lead tests and ensure that all partners are involved.
Govern ITSC program and group testing
Qualifications and Experience
10+ years of management & governance of ITSC.
Business Continuity experience
Experience in planning and leading large tests.
Good understanding of relevant regulations and standards
ITIL certification preferred
Experience with other IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks such as ISO/IEC 20000, 27005 and COBIT
