TEKsystems are currently engaging with one of the fastest growing Fintech Companies in London, that deal and manage cross-boarder payments.
The client have embarked on an ambitious and fundamental renewal of their global architecture and security. This will involve changes to evolve existing security services as well as and the build of new security services to fit their cloud native approach. This position sits within the IT Security Operations team and demands a confident and skilled individual who can rapidly understand complex systems and security challenges whilst balancing business priorities with security risks.
This is an entry level security analyst role reporting to the Head of IT Security Operations. The role is designed to suit someone with previous general IT experience or someone who is working towards a degree via a non-traditional format of study such as degree level apprenticeships or Professional Pathway Degrees. This role would also suite a modern apprentice or similar training scheme.
This role will give plenty of opportunity to learn whilst contributing to the development of IT Security strategies, policies and processes as well as the design and implementation (and continuous improvement) of commonly used security tools such as:
› End Point Threat Prevention tools.
› Web Filters.
› Email Security.
› SIEM/SOAR tools.
› VPNs/ Zero-Trust Clients.
› IaaS & PaaS Security Tools.
