IT & SaaS Administrator – Freelance

Description de la mission

You analyze department needs, identify vulnerabilities, and boost productivity, efficiency and accuracy to inform business decisions
You ensure IT Services delivers the best experience in relation to employees support, deployments, infrastructure, and day to day IT activities
You implement and ensure best practices and policies in regards to Data Privacy, security and infrastructure
You maintain essential IT operations, including operating systems, security tools, applications
You track and maintain hardware and software inventory
You seek for constant improvement and automatisation of the current IT procedures.-
You propose and implement new tools and updates
You take care of Level 1,2 IT tasks

VC Systems : Polycom X30 X50 (ZoomRooms)
Hardware: 85% Apple, 15% Windows
Profile
You have a proven working experience in the position or relevant experience in a fast growing environment
You have a modern vision and approach of IT management (Cloud, SaaS, GSuite,…)
You have excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems
You have an hands-on experience with computer networks
You have excellent communication skills and can speak & write in English and French
Freelance mission duration: at least 4 months
