Overview
We are looking for specialized project management expertise to oversee a critical 6-month initiative focused on renaming our company Legal Entities following the recent spin-off from another company.
Responsibilities
Develop a comprehensive project plan for the renaming initiative.
Coordinate name changes within the SAP ERP system.
Integrate changes across various other IT applications.
Provide regular updates and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders.
Manage smaller initiatives and perform ad-hoc tasks as needed.
Must haves
Expertise in Project Management
Expert-level Stakeholder Engagement
Expertise in working with external support providers
Confirmed understanding of the Legal Entity concept and its implementation in a SAP environment
Confirmed SAP ERP Coordination skills
Confirmed presentation & communication skills
Nice to haves
Proficiency in French
Experience in managing similar initiatives
Familiarity with IT application integration
Fluency in English is mandatory.
