IT Project Manager – Data Governance & Analysis
We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager with a strong background in managing large-scale IT projects, particularly in Data Governance and Data Analysis.
Responsabilities:
Lead and manage large IT projects involving multiple stakeholders.
Oversee Data Governance and Data Analysis initiatives, ensuring compliance with industry best practices.
Facilitate workshops and deliver presentations to both business and IT audiences.
Ensure high-quality standards are applied to all project tasks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, understanding their needs, objectives, and constraints.
Exhibit strong leadership in driving project execution and stakeholder alignment.
Engage in negotiations with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
Adapt swiftly to unplanned changes or strategic decisions.
Conduct risk assessments to anticipate and mitigate potential project challenges.
Apply best practices in software development methodologies, including PMP, PM², Agile, and Kanban.
Work autonomously in a fast-paced, international environment.
Technical skills:
Proven experience in managing large IT projects with multiple stakeholders.
Proven expertise in Data Governance and Data Analysis.
Knowledge of regulatory and compliance aspects related to Data Governance.
Strong workshop facilitation and presentation abilities.
Ability to maintain high-quality standards across project activities.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and unforeseen challenges.
Solid risk assessment and management experience.
In-depth understanding of software development project methodologies (e.g., PMP, PM², Agile, Kanban).
Profile :
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
At least 5 years’ experience as Project Manager
Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
