IT Project Manager
Profile & Context
The ‘IT Platform & Virtualization Services’ division of the PRI (Production Informatique) department is looking for an IT Project Manager profile described below.
Key Responsibilities
The IT Project Manager’s mission includes:
– Participating in functional analysis and defining project objectives
– Planning the technical tasks of the projects
– Coordinating and ensuring the execution of tasks
– Anticipating and managing risks
– Supporting and overseeing supplier activities within the project scope
– Communicating and providing regular progress updates
– Organizing inter-team activities related to the projects
– Ensuring the successful deployment (MEP) of the project
– Writing project documentation and meeting reports
– Ensuring knowledge transfer to internal teams
– Conducting project closure
Required Skills & Experience
– Minimum of 8 years of real-world business experience
– Experience in a large enterprise environment
– Proven track record of successfully managing multiple IT projects
– Ability to work autonomously
– Proficiency in MS Project
– Strong attention to detail and work rigor
– Excellent organizational and communication skills
– Knowledge of standards and regulations such as GDPR, ISO 27001, etc.
– Ability to understand IT systems and infrastructures
– Strong documentation writing skills
– Proficiency in French and English; knowledge of Luxembourgish is a plus.
