IT Project Management- Infrastructure
IT Project Manager Infrastructure (M/F)
We are looking for a Project Manager for one of our clients, to work within the Project Management Infrastructure Department. Your main responsibility will be to manage infrastructure projects from start to finish, ensuring coordination among various teams and maintaining adherence to timelines and budgets. You will be in charge of planning, executing, and closing projects, all while ensuring stakeholder satisfaction. Your versatility will allow you to engage with all project participants to streamline communication and facilitate decision-making. Your autonomy and pragmatism will be essential in enabling the company to deploy infrastructures that align with client needs in both solution and timeline. Effective communication skills are important to establish a constructive relationship with all project partners.

Your day-to-day:
– Manage one or more infrastructure projects in terms of oversight and accountability
– Participate in preliminary analyses and draft associated documents and reports
– Design and lead project planning workshops
– Identify infrastructure needs and desired improvements
– Contribute to detailed project specifications
– Draft test plans, supervise their execution, and manage bugs
– Assist in defining infrastructure architectures
– Lead change management efforts
– Define project plans according to objectives, scope, and deadlines
– Identify risks and develop mitigation plans
– Monitor project status and provide reporting
Your profile:
– Knowledge in Cloud Azure and Modern Workplace (O365), as well as Web Architecture for Applications
– Experience in infrastructure project management, including tasks such as deployment of new systems, monitoring network projects, implementing or modifying secure infrastructure, and workplace modification projects
– Enjoys teamwork
– Strong sense of responsibility
– Ability to absorb project objectives
– Adherence to deadlines
– 5 years of experience in a similar position
– Stakeholder Management
– Ability to proactively contribute ideas and solutions
– French: Level C2
– English: Level B1
