IT Planning & Coordination Officer
Job description:
We are currently looking for a Planning & Coordination to strengthen the Cronos Europa team.
Responsabilities:
PLANNING
Ensure client Release Policy compliance
Ensure the planning and the realization of release & deployment requests, service requests, etc.
Coordinate Inter-teams activities
Manage tasks and requests assignment to Operations deployment teams
Manage schedule and priorities for Operations deployment teams
Be a link between Operations teams and applications development teams
Alongside with Transition service, ensure customer relationship, support, communication for Operations release & deployment topics
HCR Management – Hosting Change Request, Define and prepare new project implementation scope and needs
Represent Placo Planning team in official meetings and other formal activities
Weekly report to Management
COORDINATION
Transversal coordination between teams for common goal on specific topic
Responsible for project lead (end-to-end), high level and low level plans definition, schedule compliance, HR estimation
Organize and lead meetings on project lifetime
On behalf of top management; solicit all necessary and available resources in every involved team
Be a link between stakeholders, in or out of Operations unit
Deliver quality measurement and lessons learned outcome
Maintain a strong and narrow collaboration with Process management teams
Represent Placo Coordination team in official meetings and other formal activities
Weekly report to Management
Technical skills:
Experience in the IT Infrastructure services areas
Having an experience in project management may be an advantage
Ability to respond to frequent demands of multiple constituents, both internal and external, in a customer centric manner and high demand environment
Works cooperatively as part of a team; works collaboratively with peers across organisational boundaries based on a genuine interest in and understanding of others and their individual perspectives and concerns
Production of detailed reports to management audience
Adhering to regulatory and/or compliance requirement
Profile:
Excellent ability to work with people at all levels and in every department, are essential
Excellent verbal and written English and French language skills are mandatory
High communication skills
High organizational skills
ITIL v3/4 foundation certification
Languages : FR/ENG
