Job Purpose:
Our client is a company in the Energy sector that regulalry integrate new entities to sustain its business Growth. To support these transformations, we are looking for an IT Integration Consultant.
The consultant will be responsible for conducting due diligence, defining IT integration strategies, and developing roadmaps to ensure a seamless transition. A key part of the role is to maintain, improve, and drive adoption of the existing IT integration framework, including process formalization and change management.
This position is ideal for someone with a strong consulting mindset, excellent stakeholder management skills, and experience in IT strategy and governance.
Reporting Lines & Interactions:
Reports to the Head of Enterprise Architecture
Works closely with IT teams, business stakeholders, external partners
Job Scope & Responsibilities:
Due Diligence & IT Strategy
Assess IT landscapes of newly acquired or merged entities
Identify risks, gaps, and opportunities for IT integration
Define strategic approaches and roadmaps for IT integration
Standardization & Process Improvement
Maintain and continuously improve the IT integration framework
Formalize and document best practices, processes, and guidelines
Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards
Change Management & Adoption
Drive adoption of the IT integration standard across teams
Support communication and training efforts to ensure alignment with best practices
Engage stakeholders at all levels to facilitate a smooth transition
