Our client is urgently seeking an experienced IT Field Service Support to work on a contract based on the specification below:
Start: ASAP
Duration: 6 months + possible extension
Location: Onsite in Munich, flexible to travel to client site from time to time
Language: German + Good English for an interview
Your Qualification:
– Break/fix technician for a wide variety of user technologies in the related practices of MAC and Windows Desktop support.
– Location engineers will handle VIP requests on priority which will be raised via ServiceNow /Email /Call
– Provide Hands and Feet support for Technology team on demand.
– Rack and Stack Support for commissioning/decommissioning infra devices to be provided.
– Provide physical access to vendors on demand for site/Communication rooms – IDF/MDF/MMR and Datacenter/Server room.
– Co-ordination for cable patching with Vendors or enable on demand.
– Printer Management/usage monitoring and coordinate with Vendors to ensure print services continuity
– Ensure basic Network connectivity (LAN), Wi-Fi access / Video Tandberg / Printer/ Voice are available at site agreed in run book.
– Ensure End Point (Desktop and Laptop) Compliance Parameters.
– Asset Labelling which includes critical asset categorization and Stickering
– E-waste identification isolating & Sharing data with IT for logistic approval and post logistic approval handover to admin/logistics
– Scope Through Partners Break Fix Through OEM Partners
