The role
This role sits in the Investor Service team that is responsible for onboarding and servicing our Investors portfolio, the focus is to provide assurance on key audits and controls.
You will work with all the operational team within Funding circle, to support the coordination of delivery of audit requests, reporting and to manage any findings .
This work is essential to the success of our products and services and the confidence that customers and investors have in Funding Circle.

What will you be doing?
Compile the necessary evidence to support the Agree-upon Procedures requested by Investors.
Support in the review audit recommendations with management, agree on materiality, and track action plans with control owners
Prepare reports and Management Information (MI) for key stakeholders and maintaining key registers/logs
Proactively problem solving, identifying and confidently mitigating any risks, issues or control weaknesses that arise in your day-to-day
What we’re looking for
Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for effectively dealing with colleagues at all levels, including senior management.
A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn are important qualities in driving changes and improvements in the audit and assurance processes.
A keen eye for detail is crucial to ensure that the audit evidence provided is accurate and appropriate.
Understanding the importance of controls and managing risks is fundamental to the role, as you will be involved in audit and assurance activities that help ensure compliance and mitigate risks within the organisation
