We are working with a dynamic investment management firm located in the heart of London. They are seeking an Investment Management Support Analyst to join our dedicated team and play a vital role in supporting our fund managers, analysts, and Stewardship team. As an Investment Management Support Analyst, you will be an integral part of their investment management support team, responsible for providing essential data, analytical insights, and research support to key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Data and Analytical Support: Provide day-to-day data and analytical support to fund managers, analysts, and the Stewardship team, assisting them in making informed investment decisions.
ESG Integration: Collaborate on the implementation and rollout of an analytical tool for ESG integration. As a ‘super user,’ you will be responsible for training the investment desks and addressing queries related to the tool.
Data Projects: Assist in the implementation and integration of various data projects, including fund and entity level Principal Adverse Impact (PAI) reporting.
Reporting Enhancement: Identify opportunities to enhance reporting processes and develop innovative and scalable solutions to meet standard data requirements.
Research Management: Ensure that investment professionals have access to research resources efficiently and within budget. Conduct reviews of research requirements as necessary and maintain relationships with research providers.

Stakeholder Management: Effectively and concisely communicate with stakeholders
Key Competencies Required:
Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
Strong data analytical skills with a quantitative mindset.
Knowledge of research management.
Working knowledge of PowerBI (desirable).
Familiarity with ESG data sets (desirable).
Critical and analytical thinking abilities.
Strong report writing skills.
