Context for this Freelance/Self-employed mission: For one of our client, the project is looking for a mission of Internal & Change communication strategy for the Group IT Communication team.

This is an ideal opportunity to write, create and deliver effective communications strategies and content in both French and English as part of a successful corporate communications team. It will need helping with the planning, developing, translating and delivering engaging change management communications that drive successful outcomes.

Missions:
Develop and implement internal communication strategies in both French and English
Write, edit, and translate content from English to French
Proofread and ensure the accuracy and quality of all communications
Source and create engaging stories from employee journeys to share across the organization
Plan and deliver change management and adoption campaigns
Oversee the delivery of these campaigns to ensure successful implementation and stakeholder management
Collaborate with various departments to gather information and create cohesive communication plans
Support Group Communications live web broadcasts from Paris
Maintain a consistent and professional tone in all communications

Technical environment:
Fluency in both English and French
Excellent writing, editing, translation, and proofreading skills
Strong journalistic ability to source and develop stories from employees
Experience in creating and implementing communication strategies
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments
Strong organizational, excellent planning, reporting and time-management skills
Previous experience in a corporate communication role
Familiarity with IT and technology-related content
Bilingual translator
