Job description
We are looking for a Head of Workplace Services speaking french & english.
Your main responsibilities:
Ensure smooth operations and delivery of Workplace related services within the group
Define and lead the roadmap in the relevant scope, including vendors’ roadmap
Ensure the transformation and assist in implementing the cloud and AI roadmap
Be the point of contact for a community of ambassadors, with strong link to our Service Desk
Assist the service desk to end-users and VIP in terms of prioritization and process improvement
Your profile:
You have at least 10 years of experience in a similar position
Diploma: Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related subject
Fluent in french and english
You are recognized as a senior leader profile with an ability to be C-level facing, with a track record of team leading and project / services delivery
You are result-driven and used to work with ambitious but reachable targets
