Hays – Senior System Administrator
Our client located in Luxembourg is currently looking for a Senior System Administrator – Linux (Luxembourg CDI)
Today, the company has an SME culture, with 20 to 25 employees. The IT team is managed by the CTO, and employees are divided into 3 teams: Operations, Development, and Infrastructure, all headed by a Team Leader. The company is looking for a Senior System Administrator who already has a big background in Linux.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for installing, overseeing, and maintaining workstations, virtual and physical servers and other IT equipment.
You are in charge of managing, installing in a Windows and Linux environment.
You are in charge of maintaining internal IT services.
The management of users is within your control.
Required skills for this role
You have a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a Linux Administration
You have basic IT skills in Network (VLAN, PortNet or Port channel for example)
You are fluent in English (mandatory)
You have a good knowledge on several of these products: Linux, VMware, AD, CheckPoint, Windows
You are autonomous, good stress management and a good communicator.
