We are seeking two Java Fullstack Software Engineers to join our client’s team based in Luxembourg. Whether you’re an experienced senior professional or a talented junior, this is an exciting opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge projects in a dynamic environment.
Role Overview
As a Java Fullstack Software Engineer, you’ll play a pivotal role in developing and enhancing software solutions for space and ground-related services and systems. From technical proposals to implementation, your expertise will drive impactful outcomes.
Responsibilities
Senior Profile (€80,000 – €90,000):
Lead software projects from concept to maintenance.
Architect and design new and existing systems.
Develop solutions using Java, Java Spring / J2EE, Python, JavaScript, and Angular.
Apply software design principles (OOP, UML, C4-model).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams using agile methodologies (Kanban, Scrum).
Automate development processes with CI/CD best practices.
Supervise on-site and off-site development teams.
Stay informed about industry trends and recommend software solutions.
Junior Profile (€50,000 – €60,000):
Contribute to software engineering projects.
Work with Java, Java Spring / J2EE, Python, JavaScript, and Angular.
Apply software design principles (OOP, UML, C4-model).
Collaborate in an agile development environment (Kanban, Scrum).
Support system architecture and development.
Explore network design and satellite technologies.
Qualifications:
Senior Profile:
Master’s degree or higher in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
7+ years of professional experience in software engineering.
3+ years of experience in system architecture and design.
Familiarity with ITIL and/or ECSS.
Willingness to undergo EU security clearance.
Nice-to-have: Knowledge of satellite technologies and TMForum/MEF3.0 frameworks.
Junior Profile:
Master’s degree or higher in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
3+ years of professional experience in software engineering.
Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
Willingness to undergo EU security clearance.
Nice-to-have: Interest in network design and satellite-based communications.
