Halian – Ingénieur IT Modern Workplace
Missions principales
Migration vers M365 : Planification et exécution des migrations Exchange On-premise vers Exchange Online.
Administration Intune : Déploiement et gestion des politiques de sécurité et de conformité des appareils.
Gestion M365 : Administration des tenants, sécurité, conformité et performance.
Support technique : Résolution des incidents complexes (niveau 3).
Sécurité & conformité : Mise en place des meilleures pratiques (MFA, DLP, RGPD).
Formation : Accompagnement des utilisateurs pour une adoption fluide des outils M365.
Compétences requises
Maîtrise de Microsoft Intune, Exchange Online, M365 (Entra ID, SharePoint, Teams, etc.).
Bonne compréhension des enjeux de sécurité et conformité dans le cloud.
Solides compétences en gestion de projets M365 et résolution d’incidents.
Bonnes aptitudes en communication (techniques et non techniques).
Langues : Français courant, anglais professionnel.
Profil recherché
Diplôme en informatique ou expérience équivalente.
3 à 5 ans d’expérience dans la gestion et migration M365.
Certifications Microsoft appréciées.
Capacité à travailler en autonomie et en équipe.
