The role
As a Global Support Lead, you will lead the team of frontline support personnel who provide 24-hour service to the FX trading business globally.
Essential experience
Experience leading a front-office IT support team.
Good Knowledge of FX Trading
Familiarity with basic IT Infrastructure
Order management and risk management
Experience with Barracuda, Murex, or Orchestrade is advantageous.
