Context for this Freelance/Self-employed mission: For one of our client, the project is looking for a Microsoft Dynamics AX functional consulting mission.

Missions:
Coordinating with Business users and gathering business requirement and mapping the same with Dynamics AX
Finance consultancy should work/support finance modules : GL, AP, AR, FA and Bank along with little involvements in other modules
Documenting business requirements and process flows
Ensure the alignment between business processes and IT solutions
Conduct the functional workshops with business users
Prepare functional specifications and test the desired solution
Document the general functional specifications (Blue Print) related to standard to-be business processes in the new system
Coordinating with technical and internal teams for customization development, testing and deployment
Estimate the workload for specification, data migration and development with the help of technical team
Document functional specification related to gaps identified in design workshops
Functional Setup and Configurations of the system
Define, organize, execute test plan and prepare test datasets
Providing end user training and knowledge transfer to other team members
Providing after go live support and ensuring the stabilization of system
Closely monitoring incidents raised and providing timely solution to business users
Following support SOPs and SLAs and ensuring timely resolution of issues. Involving in problem tickets and RCA
Helping other team members to resolve the issues
Adhering to project methodologies during project
