Job title: Freelance Testing Workstream Lead (m/f/d)

Project volume: 2720 hours
Location: Remote

Tasks:
·Responsible for planning, managing and directing and coordinating all testing activities (i.e. unit, functional, system, integration, user acceptance, payroll, service rehearsal testing) undertaken across the project.
·Responsible for overseeing the testing process, managing the testing team, and ensuring that the tool meets the specified requirements.
·Collaborate with System Integrator Test Lead (and various project workstream leads) in the development of the Test Strategy.
·Facilitate and manage the creation of the Test Scenario to execute during the appropriate testing phases.
·Collaborate with System Integrator Test Lead to prepare test plan, manage test resources, undertake test reporting, ensure that the defect management process is operating effectively, chair test status meetings and ensuring all test documentation is updated regularly.
·Establish testing tools to support all testing phases.
·Follow-up on identified test failures, ensuring the fixing and retesting.

Qualifications:

·HR Cloud Solutions know-how, preferably SuccessFactors
·In-depth knowledge of testing methodologies, testing types, and best practices.
·Experience in developing comprehensive test plans and strategies.
·Experience in generating and presenting testing status reports to stakeholders.
·Fluent English
·Ability to travel based on project needs

Skills:

·Proficiency in designing effective test cases that cover all aspects of SuccessFactors.
·Proficient in defect tracking and resolution management processes.
·Familiarity with security testing concepts to identify and address potential vulnerabilities.
·Ability to communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and other project leads.
·Ability to develop risk mitigation strategies
·Ability to prioritize testing activities based on project needs.
·Strong orientation to details
