About the Company:

Our client, a well-established software development firm based in Stuttgart, is seeking a highly experienced Senior Software Developer with deep expertise in C#, C++, and the Microsoft technology stack. The company is renowned for delivering high-quality, innovative software solutions to a diverse range of industries.

Key Responsibilities:

– Develop, maintain, and optimize software applications using C# and C++ within the Microsoft technology stack.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable and efficient software solutions.
– Lead and mentor junior developers, ensuring best practices in coding and software design.
– Troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues to maintain system stability and performance.
– Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and support.
– Engage in regular meetings and collaborative sessions onsite in Stuttgart.

Key Qualifications:

– Extensive experience in software development using C# and C++.
– Strong knowledge of the Microsoft technology stack, including .NET Framework, .NET Core, Visual Studio, and Azure.
– Proven experience in designing and implementing complex software systems.
– Familiarity with modern software development methodologies and practices (e.g., Agile, DevOps).
– Native or fluent in German, with excellent communication skills.
– Must be based in Stuttgart or within a reasonable commuting distance.
