Our client, a Boutique Investment Bank based in UK and Germany, is looking for an Analyst/Associate to join their FIG/FinTech team.
Position: Analyst/Associate FIG M&A
Location: London, UK
Coverage: UK and DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland)
Responsibilities:
Conduct in-depth financial analysis, due diligence, and valuation of financial institutions.
Develop detailed financial models and forecasts.
Prepare compelling pitch materials and presentations.
Analyse market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscapes.
Engage with clients, building strong relationships and offering strategic advisory services.
Contribute to deal execution and transaction management.
Stay updated on industry developments and emerging opportunities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in FIG M&A or related fields.
Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Team player with a strong work ethic.
Knowledge of UK and DACH financial markets is a must.
Knowledge of German is a plus.
