European Digital Product Marketing Manager – Chase UK – London – 12 months contract – Hybrid – PAYE
We are seeking a European Digital Product Marketing Manager from a B2C background to join Chase UK in London on an initial 12 months contract. You should have a strong end to end digital marketing background ideally from a competitor digital bank or other large corporate organisation, having taken products from brief to strategy through to product launch across Europe.

Consider strategies for market entry and development across a number of European markets.
Understanding and be able to apply to a marketing strategy factors such as; market dynamics, competitor landscapes, regulatory and local and regional political environments as well as firmwide and regional specific company strategy.
Understand the business objectives within each market and assess marketing strategies and requirements for market entry and launch.
Analyse marketing strategies within the market – for example considering competitor marketing spend, promotional priorities and use this insight to inform strategies and budget for market entry.
Work closely with strategy and research organisations to understand consumer, market and competitor data and analysis in support of understanding the target consumer and developing a clear marketing strategy.
Make recommendations on budget requirements, launch strategies and marketing objectives within each market.
Capabilities
A track-record of product marketing strategy and delivery in a fast-paced, agile environment
Experience driving growth and market share within a high growth organisation, through the full marketing funnel, considering the role of brand building and performance marketing.
Analytical, with strong experience in using consumer and product data (including primary consumer insight and performance analytics) to inform marketing strategy, planning and design decisions
An experienced marketer who can quickly connect commercial objectives with product marketing strategies and activate go-to-market plans accordingly
Effective collaboration skills, comfortable working in a multi-stakeholder/complex business environment.
Confident developing and presenting marketing strategies, using a data centric approach and considering broader commercial dependencies and priorities in making recommendations.
Excellent organisation, communication and influencing ability, developed in a fast-paced, digital-first environment with agile ways of working
Ability to work with a variety of stakeholders and draw them together to achieve a common goals
Other Requirements
Fluent English communication skills, additionally German language would be highly desirable as would French, Spanish or Italian
Ability to travel within Europe.
Experience within European consumer banking or entry into European markets highly desirable.
Experience within the financial service sector is highly desirable.
*Please note that this role will be working on a hybrid model of 3 days office based and 2 days WFH. Candidates should have their own PC/Laptop when working from home as they’re not usually provided for contract roles.*
