Job Title: Enterprise Solution Architect
Job Type: Contract
Role Overview:
The Enterprise Solution Architect will be a key contributor to our clients current portfolio of Technology Transformation Programmes and the ongoing Enterprise Architecture function. This role is responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive IT solutions that align with the strategic and operational goals of the organization. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with various stakeholders, operating primarily within an Agile environment, to assess business requirements, design technical solutions, and ensure the seamless integration of new technologies into the existing IT landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement IT solutions that align with the organization’s strategic objectives.
• Ensure that the solutions are scalable, secure, and cost-effective, with a focus on long-term sustainability.
• Lead and support the organization’s wider Data Utilisation and Technology Transformation initiatives, including the integration of AI and Machine Learning capabilities.
• Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies, ensuring that the organization remains at the forefront of innovation.
• Design and oversee the implementation of AI and Machine Learning models that drive business efficiencies and support decision-making processes.
• Collaborate with data scientists and other technical teams to integrate these technologies into the enterprise architecture.
• Engage with business leaders, product owners, and technical teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Provide architectural guidance and support during the development and implementation phases of projects.
• Operate effectively within an Agile framework, contributing to iterative development processes and ensuring that solutions are delivered in a timely manner.
• Ensure seamless integration of new technologies within the existing IT landscape, prioritizing interoperability and the minimization of disruption.
• Develop and maintain architectural documentation, ensuring that the architecture is well-understood and can be effectively managed over time.
• Establish and enforce architectural standards and best practices across the organization.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of implemented solutions, making adjustments as necessary to meet business needs.

Key Requirements:
• Experience:
• Proven experience in a Solution Architect role within a complex IT environment.
• Strong background in leading technology transformation projects, with a focus on AI, Machine Learning, and data utilization.
• Experience in designing and implementing solutions in an Agile environment.

• Technical Skills:
• Deep understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks and best practices.
• Experience implementing AI, Machine Learning, and data analytics technologies across an enterprise wide transformation.
• Proficient in cloud technologies and modern IT infrastructure – mutlicloud exposure is highly desirable
• Experience with integration platforms and methodologies.
