Description de la mission

Key Responsibilities:

Endpoint Management: Deploy, configure, and manage endpoint devices using SCCM.

Software Deployment: Plan and execute software deployments, updates, and patches.

Device Support: Provide technical support for client devices, including desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.

Security Compliance: Ensure endpoint devices comply with security policies and standards.

Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues on endpoint devices.

Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of configurations, processes, and procedures.

Collaboration: Work closely with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration and support of endpoint devices.
