Electronics Engineer / St Gallen, Switzerland / CHF 700-800 per day

Darwin Recruitment has a new vacancy at one of our clients located in St Gallen, Switzerland where we are looking to hire a temporary Electronics Engineer to start as soon as possible.

General Conditions:

* Start Date: January 2024 (ASAP)
* End Date: long term project (temp to perm)
* Location: St Gallen 3 days per week / Home office 2 days per week
* Day Rate: Depends on experience. Approx CHF 700-800

This is you

* Several years of professional experience in the relevant field (microcontroller systems, PCB design, Schematic layout)
* Good knowledge of relevant software tools (PCB layout, simulators)
* Education in electrical engineering or similar
* Fluent English skills

This appeals to you

* Working on a mobile computing system
* Define and design of electronic system as part of a cross-functional team, starting with the idea to the series production and support during life cycle
* Dimensioning and selection of power supply systems, in particular battery and charger
* Schematic capture, layout, test and qualification of the system
* Evaluation of the microcontroller and its peripherals
