I’ve partnered with a global investment bank to recruit an experienced Senior Business Analyst/Project Manager to join the eTrading IT team.
You will be responsible for delivering end-to-end Trading and Pricing solutions for the Credit eTrading desk, covering the entire Business Analysis and Project Management lifecycles for assigned projects.
Key Responsibilities
Own and manage Trading and Pricing projects from inception to closure
Conduct business analysis including requirements gathering, definition, and validation
Work closely with business sponsors and technical teams
Provide regular updates to management and project sponsors
Manage complex projects requiring coordination across business, technology, quant, research and support teams
Deliver artifacts including requirements, use cases, designs, test plans, scripts, traceability matrixes, documentation etc.
Support QA and production teams to ensure thorough understanding of requirements
Triage defects discovered during testing
Ownership of regulatory implementation roadmaps and delivery
Work with quant teams on algo trading platform evolution
Collaborate with sales teams on sales desktop evolution
Required Skills and Experience
Proven BA and PM experience in an eTrading/Front Office environment
Strong Fixed Income product knowledge – Bonds, Swaps, Derivatives, Repo etc.
Expertise in trading lifecycle – Risk, Pricing, Execution, P&L, STP etc.
Knowledge of regulations – Dodd Frank, EMIR, MiFID etc.
Understanding of protocols like FIX, XML
Proficiency in Visio, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Jira, Confluence
Certification in BA, QA, PM or Development
Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills
Self-motivated starter who thrives in fast-paced environments
Location(s) – London with 3 days a week in the office
Contract – 12 Months
Umbrella day rate – £700/day to £800/day (inside ir35)
