Purpose of the Role:
The individual should have experience in website development, with specific exposure to digital experience platforms and understand the end to end feature development lifecycle and be able to demonstrate their experience through all core stages of feature development.
Responsibilities
Develop and manage design plan against prioritised features
Co-ordinate with UI Designer, Business Analysts and Engineers the articulation of stories to meet the aims of the feature
Co-ordinate with content SME’s and author SME’s implementation of enhancements to key journey pages (where applicable) to deliver updates aligned to user experience
Manage and oversee validation sessions with users
Co-ordinate and plan out remediation on defects, ensuring backlog and sprint plans have sufficient capacity to manage issues
Utilise data insights to measure feature adoption
Communicate across internal stakeholders and SME’s status on design plans
Co-ordinate with QA, Lead Author and Designers, validation on feature design, owning the final approval on feature release
Co-ordinate with Data Insights enhancements to digital reporting measures
What we require from the candidate:
Experience working with Digital Experience Platforms (desirable Adobe Experience Manager)
Demonstratable experience in feature development lifecycle
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Team player who can demonstrate creating a collaborative environment within a feature team
Strong attention to detail, with ability to analyse multiple inputs from data, UX, design
Customer focus – understands internal user and external user needs
