Development Engineer Cobol
Your responsibilities would include:
Your mission is to design, develop, test and deploy applications/systems in an
« Agile/DevOps » oriented environment. This involved the implementation of the following activities :
Implement autonomously users story of your team according to business requirements, technical specifications, within performance, availability, and security
Application management in an Agile development practice
Software design and work with Architects
Writing and execution of tests (unit test, functional / non-functional, integration test,
…), and automate them where possible.
Enrich the Azure DevOps pipeline
Solving incidents/root cause analysis in collaboration with Ops Engineers,
Follow-up of the life cycle of the various applications related to the domain activity
Write consumable documentation for sustainable knowledge management

Technical skills :
Languages/Framework : SQL, COBOL, JCL
Database : DB2, Oracle, Neo4J, Cassandra
Operating systems : TSO/MVS, Windows, Linux
Software : TSO, Compuware Topaz, SPUFI, Filemanager, Abend-Aid
Testing (test scenari identification, test cases execution and follow-up)
Soft skills and behaviours :
Ability/willingeless to work in an agile/DevOps collaborative environment (Agile/Scrum, Continuous Delivery, Automated testing)
