Job: Desktop Support Engineer
Rate: £300 – £600 p/d (Inside IR35)
Location: London – On site
Client: Fintech
In this position you will provide high-quality support services to various teams within a fast-paced financial company.
Responsibilities
Plan, execute and support company wide tech projects
General tech/desktop support
Infrastructure Support (debugging)
Managing incidents through service now
Set up new starters including physically piecing together and prepping workstations
Work with external vendors
Enrol new starters
Qualifications
Knowledge across windows platform (Linux is a +)
Strong troubleshooting skills
Customer support skills
Prior experience in a similar role (preferentially at a financial firm)
Productive hard worker, with a great personality!
