Für einen unserer Großkunden suchen wir derzeit einen freiberuflichen Mitarbeiter, der die nachfolgenden Anforderungen erfüllt:

Projektdiscription:

In the context of developing a modular control center system (MCCS), the data team provides systems and solutions to handle and provide master data.

The provided products of the product line include generic services and specific data products that are used by services in other modules and are enabler for user facing products like monitoring or control.

Further, the whole product cluster uses a CIM-based data modelling approach and the data team supports other teams to provide services for monitoring and control of the power grid.

Goal:

Implementation of generic data processing services

Implementation of pipelines to ingest and integrate data

Definition of data models

Your tasks:

• Development of Data Pipelines (e.g. ETL Job)
• Development of interfaces to provide data to other services
• Database development and maintenance
• Design Data Models for multiple technology paradigms (e.g. Graph, schemaless, relational etc.)
• Develop, maintain and use deployment pipelines (following infrastructure as code paradigm)
• Producing clean, efficient code based on specifications and guidelines
• Self steered pick up on the assigned software development track and incidents
• Allign with peers in the assigned projects such as TMD architects, other members of the SCRUM product team and experts and Data Architects
• Development of intuitive software that meets the requirements of the company as well as the handover to the project manager
• Professionally maintain all software and create updates regularly to address customer and company concerns

Analyze and test programs and products before formal launch
• Troubleshoot coding problems quickly and efficiently to ensure a productive workplace
• Ensure software security by developing programs to actively monitor the sharing of private information
• Actively seek ways to improve business software processes and interactions
• Preparation of training materials and delivery of training to other project team members in the use of software applications
• Work in a scaled scrum environment

Your profile:

• The base of the profile is a completed master's degree in computer science, technical computer science, or a comparable qualification
• Experience in the energy industry is a plus
• Knowledge of build and deployment pipelines in Azure or other CI/CD systems is a plus
• Experience of streaming technologies (Kafka), Kubernetes etc.
• Experience in the development of complex application landscapes and web platforms (application servers, databases, middleware, message queueing), ideally in distributed environments, high standards regarding software quality, documentation and automated testing
• Fluent in English (C1), German skills (nice to have)
