Data Architect

We are searching for Data Architect for our client. 

The data architecture is part of the IT Architecture department. IT architects determine the right solution for the business needs, both functionally, organizationally and in terms of service.

Currently, a large part of our IT landscape is being migrated to new solutions: ERP (SAP R3 to SAP4Hana), ECM, GIS… From data architecture we ensure that the data issues (eg: archiving …) get the right solutions.

Our client also needs more and more IoT solutions in which data and data integration clearly play an important role. Experience with IoT solutions is more than a plus.

Demonstrated experience as a data architect in multiple projects with complex data architecture issues

Demonstrated experience in translating conceptual information models into logical data models

Demonstrated experience as a Data Architect in a similar environment

Demonstrated experience in a similar business context (number of users > 5000)

Language requirement: Dutch at European CEFR level C2.

Our client faces major challenges in its role as grid management and data manager. In the coming years, we will undergo major transformation processes, both organizationally (merging two operating companies into one) and in our IT landscape.

Data architecture plays an important role in this: what data do we have, where is it and how do we deal with it?

In addition, we are also seeing more and more Internet of things use cases in which large amounts of data are generated. To do this, the right choices must be made. Technological choices but also service management: cost, maintainability, flexibility…
