Description:
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing an end-to-end personal loans service to their customers. Once the loan is active and funds are released to the customer, any changes/queries made during its liftime will be processed through the representatives. Some typical calls may include payment holidays, updating banking details, changing accounts, changing payment dates etc. There will be no requirement to complete any outbound calls, this particular area will be inbound calls only.
Any applicants that have no call centre experience will not be considered. If applicants have worked in a call centre environment, for a financial services organisation they will be considered first.

Employee Value Proposition:
Open 7 days a week, hours 8am-8pm. On a 6 week shift rotation.
37 1/2 hour week
Will have 3 weeks notice of any change to shift patterns.
Week of lates (2pm-8pm) week of earlies (8am-4pm) or flex weeks (mix of the two).
Bank holidays/public holidays off
