Cronos Luxembourg – IT Security – Cybersecurity Risk Analyst
You will play a key role in identifying, analyzing, and mitigating risks across both on-premises and cloud environments.
Responsibilities
Analyze data to identify complex cybersecurity risks and evaluate the impact of decisions across hybrid environments
Aggregate data from multiple sources to produce comprehensive risk assessments and IT security plans
Create reports, summaries, presentations, and documentation to communicate risk findings and recommendations
Collaborate with team members to propose effective risk treatment strategies
Develop systems and processes for collecting and storing risk-related data
Monitor internal and external data points that may influence risk levels
Participate in risk assessments and advise stakeholders on methodologies and progress
Technical skills
Advanced proficiency in risk assessment methodologies and tools
Expertise in cybersecurity risk analysis and management
Mastery of risk Management Frameworks, regulations, and compliance standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR)
Knowledge of risk mitigation strategies and controls, including their impact on residual risk calculations
Basic understanding of cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure)
Strong project management and leadership abilities
Effective communication and presentation skills
Profile
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Cybersecurity, Business Management, or a related field
Ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Fluency in English is required; French is a strong asset
