Cronos Europa – Exchange Engineer – Migration Support
We are currently looking for an “Exchange Engineer” to strengthen the Cronos Europa team.
As an Exchange Engineer, you would have the opportunity to develop your skills by joining a challenging technical environment within a great European Institution in Luxembourg.
Responsabilities
Provide Level 2 or 3 support for a complex Exchange 2016 / 2019 infrastructures
Contribute to various solutions for enhancing the mail infrastructure
Ensure the maintenance and updates of the Exchange infrastructure
Draft and document procedures
Analyze and resolve complex incidents requests and problems
Keep abreast of technological advancements
Management and administration of Load Balancer
Management and administration of Antispam gateways
Ensure the monitoring of the mail infrastructure
Management and administration of ESET Antivirus for Exchange
Work collaboratively in an OpenSpace environment
Participate in follow-up meetings and prepare activity reports
Collaboration with other teams
Transfer knowledge to Level 1 support
Technical skills
Mandatory:
Exchange Server 2016 / 2019
Windows Server 2016 / 2022
Knowledge of Exchange PowerShell
Management of Antispam GateWay
Understanding of SMTP and DNS protocols

Profile
4 years’ experience on a similar position
Bachelor degree in IT
English professional
Good reasoning and communication
