Cronos Europa – Documentum Expert
We are currently looking for an expert on OpenText Documentum software to strengthen the Cronos Europa team.
As an expert on OpenText Documentum, you will be responsible for providing thrid line support by improving documentation, improving automation, monitoring and improving performance.
Responsabilities
Develop and implement automation, identify and remove bottlenecks
Draft/improve documentation (technical docs)
Monitor and improve performance
Establish patching/upgrade strategy according to business and/or security requirements
Provide expertise and support in general
Manage system resources and capacity ensuring that it operates effectively
Technical skills:
Experience and expertise in OpenText Documentum
Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines
Attention to detail and orientation towards quality of service
Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders
Profile
Excellent technical skill to bring added value to the day to day support team
Communication skills in English
